Equestrian Center Programs for 2009 are posted on our new website www.gssem.org

Equestrian Center Programs Individual and Troop/Group programs are available for Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes and Seniors. The Equestrian Center is open Tuesday through Sunday during the school year and on Saturday during the summer. You do not need to camp to participate at the Equestrian Center. Riding lessons are available for individual Girl Scouts, without their troop. Classes are offered in the autumn, winter, spring and limited times during the summer. A six-week series of lessons include one management class and five riding classes. All classes are 1½ hours long. Since every child will advance at their own pace, riders may need to take a course several times before progressing to the next level. There will be no refunds for missed classes. |
